Our external service provider reports that error rates are dropping significantly as their load balancers recover and resume handling traffic. Customers may still experience intermittent issues while full functionality is restored.

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage affecting SmartBear Admin. Users are unable to load or manage their organizations. This issue does not impact product availability.
